Having cherished an artist＇s deep concern and boundless love for the society and hie, Mr. Chen Full made great art achievements during his decades of photography creation. On the basis of simplicity and truthfulness, his works expressed the tastes of life, such as the hardship of existence, the heroism of strug- gle as well as the joy and satisfaction of life. His conscious pursuit in the beauty of form in picture composition contained special implications, reflecting the author＇ s perceptions of philosophy in plain life phenomena. Par- ticularly, the essence of Chinese traditional aesthetics applied creatively in the modem art of photography not only carried forward the fine tradition, but also pushed forward photographic aesthetics to a higher realm.
