摘要
介绍了一种在线检测气液两相流中气泡空间坐标的新方法。该方法基于数字图像处理技术,采用高速摄像机系统,对垂直透明管道中上升的气泡进行实时拍摄和图像采集,利用边缘检测和图像填充技术提取并计算气泡尺寸;设计了基于单CCD摄像机的立体视觉测量系统,建立成像模型和误差分析模型,从而计算出气泡的三维坐标。实验结果表明:该方法能够测量出气泡的空间位置。
The paper introduces a new method to measure the bubble spatial locations in gas-liquid two-phase flow. The method employs a high-speed camera system to conduct a camera shooting real-timely and image collection of the bubble rising process in vertical pipeline based on digital image processing techniques, and makes use of edge techniques and image filling techniques to extract the bubbles and calculate their sizes. The paper also gives a design of' monocular stereoscopic system using single CCD camera, establishes imaging model and error analysis model, based on which the three-dimensional coordinates of the bubble can be obtained. The experiment results show that the method mentioned above has good effectiveness.
