近几年由于惠农政策的实施,加之受经济利益的驱使,使得一些地方农民抢占、乱占、蚕食林地现象屡见不鲜。针对当前状况提出了一些切实可行的对策,切实保护好森林资源。

In recent years, due to the implementation of preferential agricultural policy, coupled driven by the interests, farmers eroding woodland and illegally occupying forestlands common occurrences. In this paper, many practicable counter- measures are proposed both to improve economic efficiency, but also to protect the forest resources.
