摘要
高校教师"编制"问题已经引起学术界的广泛关注。高校教师编制管理制度作为人事管理制度的核心内容直接影响着现代大学制度改革。从本质上讲,高校教师编制管理和高校的组织特性密切相关。高校作为一个具有社会公益性的学术组织,又直接影响着教师的组织身份属性。在高校人事编制管理从单轨制向双轨制转变过程中,高校教师的身份认同面临着组织身份多样化和认同疏离的现实困境,呈现出个体身份认同和社会身份认同双重不清的状态。因此,创新高校人事编制管理制度,确立高校教师作为学术人的职业身份属性是促进高校教师身份认同的必然选择。
The issue of university teachers' establishment has caused extensive concern in academic circles.As the core of personnel management system,the establishment management of university teachers directly affects the reform of modern university system.Essentially,the establishment management of university teachers is closely related to university organizational characteristics.University is an academic organization for public welfare,which has a direct impact on teachers' organizational identity attribute.In the transition of university personnel establishment from single-track to the dual-track approach,university teachers' identity faces the difficulties of diversification of organization identity and the alienation of identity recognition.As a result,individual identity and social identity are both unclear.Therefore,it is necessary to innovate university personnel establishment system and establish the identity of university teachers as 'academic beings' for promoting their identity recognition.
