摘要
为了完整地掌握装备质量管理所处的风险状况,在装备质量管理单一风险评估模型的基础上,量化了风险等级区间,运用线性插值法,给出了装备质量管理综合风险评估模型;结合装备质量管理风险的动态性,构建了基于灰色聚类分析的装备质量管理总风险评估模型。实例分析表明了模型的可行性和有效性。
In order to obtain a comprehensive idea of the risks related to equipment quality management,this article quantifies the risk rank intervals and obtains a comprehensive risk assessment model of equipment quality management on the basis of a single-risk evaluation model in equipment quality management.After introducing the dynamic characteristics of equipment quality management risk,the artical proposes a total risk assessment model of equipment quality management on the basis of grey clustering analysis.Exemplificative analysis is given in the later section of this article and the practical case demonstrates satisfactory practicality and effectiveness.
