摘要
近亲属间发生的命案,在案件的客观方面、现场信息、痕迹物证及病理损伤等方面都有一定的规律性、特殊性。对杀亲案的规律、特征与刑事技术工作的关系进行思考、总结对办案实践有重要的意义。
Murder cases happening between blood relatives share certain patterns and features in regards to objectives, crime scene information, trace evidences, pathological injuries etc. It＇ s of important meaning to conduct research and make summary on the patterns, features and their relation with forensic science.
