摘要
近年来,个旧市人民检察院坚持党的领导,突出规范管理,通过一系列行之有效的教育管理和监督制约机制的运行,队伍建设不断加强。随着社会形势的发展变化,当前基层检察队伍建设中出现了考核机制与检察工作发展不相符、教育培训方式创新不够、人才管理机制有待完善等诸多难题。本文从建设适应时代发展需要的基层检察队伍的角度出发,剖析问题的症结所在,探求突破瓶颈的有效方法,力促基层检察队伍建设在新的时期实现新的飞跃。
In recent years, holding on to the leadership of Communist Party, Gejiu People's Procuratorate has emphasized on standard management, and keeps enhancing team construction by applying a series of effective education management and supervision restriction mechanism.
