Virginia Woolf considered that the biographies are untruth in Victorian, they only used to describe great men of outstanding character, they are like the wax figures in the Museum, without vitality, not real show alive person＇s personality, so she made a concept of ＂new biography＂, and her works practiced this ＂new biography＂ . In those biographies she balanced the relationships between fact and imagination dexterously and created the person with distinctive character and personality. This kind of biography is the future of biog- raphy literature.
