摘要
高职院校青年教师是高职教育事业的未来和希望,因此了解高职院校青年教师的职业认同感、职业归属感、职业规划等,进而分析其职业发展的内部和外部因素,有助于促进青年教师的健康成长和发展。
Young teachers of vocational colleges are the future of higher vocational education. The author makes a survey with regard to their professional identity, sense of belonging, and career planning, and analyzes the internal and external factors which affect their healthy development, and explores solutions.
