摘要
深化区域政产学研合作,机制建设是关键,在当前情况下,加强信息互通、资源共享机制建设,完善法律、法规建设,完善组织机构,坚持民主决策,建立科学、有效的决策机制,强化市场化运行机制建设,是建设政产学研长效机制的重要内容。
The construction of the mechanism is the crux to deepen the cooperation among government, school, and enterprise. At present, to strengthen communication and resource sharing,to perfect the construction of laws and regulations, to adhere to the democratic decision-making, to strengthen the construction of the market-oriented operation mechanism are effective measures to construct long-term mechanism for cooperation among government, school, and enterprise.
