动漫外包人才培养中的教学管理模式研究——以苏州工业园区服务外包职业学院的“拟态”教学管理为例

A Research of the Teaching Management Mode of Animation Outsourcing Talent Training:An Exploration of “Mimicry” Teaching Management of Suzhou Industrial Park Institute of Services Outsourcing

针对我国动漫外包行业,培养符合企业用人需求,适应行业特征的人才,是目前部分高职院校急待解决的问题。经过研究与实践,尝试提出"拟态"工作室培养法,模拟了动漫企业的工作流程,创新了高职动漫类教学与企业合作的新模式,实现了在校学生与企业的合理对接。

In view of China’s animation outsourcing industry, cultivating the talents that can meet the individual needs of enterprises and that are adapted to the characteristics of the industry is the current problem that part of the vocational colleges should solve. Through research and practice, the author proposes the concept of“mimicry”studio culture method, and simulates the whole work process of an animation enterprise which innovates the modes of cooperation between higher vocational animation teaching and enterprise, and achieves the sound connection between college students and enterprises.
