摘要
从印染厂排出的废水中分离筛选出能以四种不同结构类型的染料(刚果红、美蓝、孔雀绿和活性艳蓝)为唯一碳源的茵株,并对其进行生理生化鉴定。在震荡培养条件下对菌株的脱色反应条件进行研究,在温度因素下筛选出相对脱色能力最强的菌株,并对其进行剩余脱色反应条件的研究。结果表明:第一次筛选出六种菌株并命名为A3、B1、B3、B5、B6、B7,第二次筛选的菌株为B1。当刚果红、美蓝、孔雀绿及活性艳蓝KN—R的pH为8.5、7.5、8.5、8.5,温度为42℃、20℃、28℃、20℃,接种量为2%、8%、8%、3%,培养时间为8h、10h、5h、6h时,B1菌对染料的脱色率最强。
The four kinds of dyes (Congo Red , Malachite Green, Methylene Blue, and Reactive Blue) can be Isolated and screened from waste water in printing factory, and they will be identified physiologically and biochemically by taking them as the sole carbon source. It studied bleaching reaction conditions of the strain in the shock culture conditions, and screened out relatively strongest bleaching strains at a temperature factor, and studied its residual bleaching reaction conditions. The results show that six kinds of bacteria were filtered out and named as A3. B1.B3.B5.B6.BTin the first screening; the second screening was B1 bacteria, and the strongest bleaching of the dye effect came out when the Congo red, blue, malachite green and reactive brilliant blue KN--R's PH is 8.5,7.5,8.5,8.5;temperature is 42 ℃, 20 ℃, 28 ℃, 20 ℃ ,inoculum is 2%, 8%, 8%, 3%; incubation time is 8h, 10h, 5h, 6h.
