摘要
从化学势热力学角度出发,通过对比SO2催化氧化传统的采用固体催化剂的接触法和液相催化氧化方法的最终转化率、以及按液相催化氧化设计出的生产流程的设备投资、操作费用等,指出如果实现SO2液相催化氧化工艺,将给硫酸生产工艺带来新的变化。
From the perspective of chemical potential thermodynamics, the paper indicates the production process of sulfuric acid will have new changes if process of SO2 liquid phase catalytic oxidation can be realized by comparing the traditional contact method of SO2 catalytic oxidation which used solid catalyst and the final conversion rate of liquidoid catalytic method, the equipment investment and operating costs of production process which designed according to the liquidoid catalytic.
