摘要
赖昌星成功遣返回国后，随着他的归案，厦门远华走私案终于画上了句号。基于对赖昌星案件的分析，反思我国在“引渡难”问题上所受到的诸多障碍，并就相关的问题提出对策与建议。
With the successful repatriation of Lai Changxing, Yuanhua smuggling case has finally put an ending in Xiamen. Many obstacles on thought based on the case of Lai Changxing, and the and suggestions. the ＂ Extradition Difficulty＂ problem are paper puts forward some countermeasures.
