摘要
学习支持服务是远程开放教育的重要组成部分,在广播电视大学向开放大学的战略转型背景下,从内蒙古地区实际出发、准确把握远程开放教育规律与特色,以学习者为中心,以满足学习者灵活、自主、多样化的学习需要为出发点是构建人性化、个性化、开放、高效的学习支持服务体系的基础和关键。因此,通过对影响学习者学习的主客观因素的分析,主动采取有针对性的改进措施必然会有利于增强学习支持服务的有效性。
Learning support service is an important part of the distance open education. Under the background of the transformation of radio and television universities to the Open Universities, learning support service must rely on the practicality in Inner Mongolia. The key of construction of hu- manized,personalized,open and efficient learning support service is learner - centered learning in the base of the regularity and characteristic of distance open education. Therefore, after the analysis of the subjective and objective factors which affect the learners' learning, taking the pertinent measures will certainly help to enhance the effectiveness of learning support service.
