摘要 针对风电大规模并网后有功功率难以控制的问题,结合省调目前对风电调度的控制方案,建立了风电有功功率控制系统模型,从硬件实现和软件要求的角度分别对控制系统进行介绍并展开了相应的探讨,着重研究了在自动发电控制(AGC)条件下对风电采用的调度策略,并对风电场能量管理系统提出了要求,提高风电利用率,最后阐述了对风电控制系统的完善还需要做的工作。 With consideration of difficulties in controlling large-scale grid-connected wind power, based on the present scheduling scheme of the provincial power dispatching center, this paper establishes a model of active power control system of wind power. It also introduces the hardware and software in the control system and presents the related discussions with focus on studies on the scheduling scheme under automatic generation control(AGC, and puts forwards requirements for the wind farm energy management system to improve the efficiency of wind power. Finally, the paper elaborates more work to be done for perfecting the wind power control system in future.
