摘要
BIM技术作为一种有效的建筑建模工具和建筑信息集成工具,引领了全球建筑信息化的快速发展,自BIM技术进入我国建筑行业以来也对我国建筑业信息化的发展起到了积极的推动作用,但由于BIM推行中出现的障碍和问题,BIM技术在我国的发展程度还远远不够。本文在文献研究的基础上,总结分析了BIM在我国实施的障碍;通过网络发放和现场发放两种方式对国内工程项目团队进行问卷调查,利用问卷回收的数据对本文提出的障碍进行验证和分析:首先对这些障碍进行了KMO和Bartlett以及因子分析;然后利用主成分分析对这些指标进行分析,研究得出了BIM技术在我国建筑行业发展所面临的主要障碍因素;最后,根据分析结果提出了相应的解决措施,从而为BIM在我国成功实施提供参考。
As an effective tool for architectural modeling and building information integration, BIM is leading the rapid development of global building informatization. Since BIM is brought into to the Chinese construction industry, the informatization of our country construction gets a actively promotion. But the development degree of BIM in China is still low, because there are so many obstacles and problems during the promotion process of BIM. Therefore, based on extensive literature review, this paper summarizes the factors considering the characteristic of BIM, and conducted the questionnaire survey to check and analysis the factors we summarized. First we explored the KMO and Bartlett inspection and the factor analysis. Then we find out the main obstacle factors when BIM is promoted in the construction industry in China by exploring the principal component analysis. According to the results of analysis, we make suggestions to contribute to the success of the BIM implementation.
