摘要
末位计划者体系是精益建造理论中最重要的技术工具之一,它强调权力下放和末位计划者参与,其实质是构建项目背景下的特殊扁平化组织。针对末位计划者体系的已有研究主要立足博弈论、语言行为学、系统仿真和制造业移植等视角,而有关末位计划者体系的组织本质探究却鲜有涉及。从组织行为学和心理学的角度出发,通过对采用末位计划者体系所在项目内成员的授权经历和绩效改善进行调查,运用数理统计和结构方程模型等工具,剖析组织扁平化视角下末位计划者体系的心理授权机理,验证末位计划者体系的有效性和先进性,结果表明:末位计划者体系通过管理授权构建扁平化的组织,强化团队成员的心理授权,从而提高项目管理绩效。
The last planner system which emphasis on the release of power and engagement of the last planner, that had been one of the most important technology and tools among lean construction theory. The core of last planner system theory is to construct a special flat organization on the context of one project. The existing research in view of the last planner system is mainly based on game theory, language and behavior theory, system simulation and transplantation of manufacturing perspective, however, to explore the last planner related to the organization nature are rarely involved. From the perspective of organizational behavior and psychology, this paper concentrated on a survey on the people who have experiences of last planner system about the question of their viewpoint of empowerment and the development of projects' performances. The paper analyzed the psycho-empowerment mechanism of last planner system using tools such as mathematical statistics and structural equation model under the viewing angle of flat organization, which is helpful to test and verify the validity of LPS. The results show that the last planner system can construct a flat organization with management authorizations to strengthen psycho-empowerment of the team, which lead to the enhancement in project management performances.
