摘要
同一般建设项目相比,轨道交通工程施工工艺复杂,影响范围广,受不可预见的水文地质条件、社会环境、施工技术的可靠度、经济发展程度等多方面因素影响较重。因此,在监控实施过程中,往往不容易找准重点,指标制定较为盲目,经常是低的过低,高的过高,起不到应有的及时提示预警目的。因此,本文在研究系统论基础上,将本体及周边环境所组成系统作为研究对象,通过理清各监控对象间安全风险的相互影响关系,运用模糊层次分析法,尝试建立一套从空间上分块,从层次上分级的,有重点、有对象的分级监控指标体系,并通过一工程实例分析验证了其可行性。该体系框架搭建过程和思路,不仅适用于地铁工程项目,同样适用于其他复杂的工程项目。
Contrast by ordinary engineering projects, the rail transit constructions with complicated application technology areaffected by both hydrogeology condition and social environment. Therefore, it is difficult to set reasonable monitoring index. At present, the threshold of monitoring index for constructions are often set too low or too high. As a result, it can not reach the purpose for early-waruing. In order to solve this problem, firstly, we consider the project itself and its surrounding environment as a whole system. Secondly, a system frame consideringthe index and the interactional relationship for monitoring objects for monitoring index grading will be set, using fuzzy AHP method. In this paper, the method and the process for how to set up the index system will be described in detail. In addition, the feasibility of this method will be explained by an engineering example. These process and the thinking for setting up the index system can not only be used in metro projects but also in other complicated engineering projects.
