社会主义核心价值观仍需进一步凝练

Further Concentration of Socialist Core Value

党的十八大报告提出"三个倡导",强调要"积极培育和践行社会主义核心价值观"。在没有形成广泛共识的情况下,采用这样一种表述方式,无疑是非常智慧的。进一步研究、凝练和概括社会主义核心价值观:一是要牢牢把握社会主义核心价值观的"内涵";二是要牢牢把握社会主义核心价值观的"性质";三是要牢牢把握社会主义核心价值观的"核心";四是要牢牢把握社会主义核心价值观的"时空";五是要牢牢把握社会主义核心价值观的"逻辑"。按照社会主义的"本质—功能—目标—价值—价值观"这样一种逻辑和思路,我们可以把社会主义核心价值观概括地表述为:"以人本为内核的富强、民主、文明、和谐"或"人本、富强、民主、文明、和谐"。

Three Advocates set by the Work Report of the 18th National Congress of CPC places an empha- sis on active nurture and practice of the socialist core value. It is very wise to adopt this expression before an extensive consensus is reached. In order to make further study and summary of socialist value, we should have a deep understanding of the connotation, nature, core, space and logic of socialist value. Ac- eording to the logic and thought of the socialist ＂nature-function-objective-value and value concept＂, we can summarize the socialist value as ＂prosperity, democracy, civilization and harmony with a human-orien- ted core＂or ＂humanity, prosperity, democracy, civilization and harmony＂.
