土地整治整村推进现状探析——以安徽省全椒县为例

Status Quo Analysis of Entire-village Advancement of Land Reclamation

农村土地整治整村推进是加快城乡统筹进程,保护耕地和粮食安全,促进社会主义新农村建设的重要途径。全椒县当前在土地整治整村推进工作做出了一些成绩,但还存在一定的问题。应从科学规划,相互协作,确保资金投入,保障农民权益以及落实项目后期管护等方面强化这项工作,从而更好的推动新农村建设。

Entire-village advancement of rural land reclamation is an important way to accelerate coordina- tion process of urban and rural development, to protect arable land and food security and to promote con- struction of the new socialist village. Based on the positive achievements of entire-village advancement of land reclamation, this paper makes an analysis of some problems, stating that efforts should be made to guarantee capital input, to protect farmer＇s interest and implement the follow-up management through the scientific planning,
