In 21st century, the military agricultural and sideline production faces the problems of lacking and degradation of land, environmental pollution, lack of talent and other issues. Therefore, establishing the concept of sustainable development, relying on modem agricultural science and technology, strength- ening the development of qualified personnel and increasing infrastructure investment are the important ways to achieve sustainable development of agriculture and sideline production of the military.
