摘要
采购风险是在采购过程中由于各种意外情况的出现,使企业的实际结果与预期目标相偏离的程度和可能性。采购风险管理,指企业通过风险分析、风险评估,准确识别采购风险,并制定相应风险控制措施降低采购风险的过程。要想有效的防范物资采购风险,必须要有一套科学的采购风险管理机制。建立一套科学的采购风险管理机制,必须遵循一些注意事项。
Procurement risk is in the process of purchasing due to the emergence of a variety of unex- pected circumstances, making the enterprise the actual results with the expected goal of phase deviation degree and possibility. Procurement risk management refers to the enterprise through risk analysis, risk assessment, accurate identification of procurement risks, and formulating the corresponding risk control measures to reduce the risk of purchasing process. To effectively prevent the procurement risk, there must be a set of scientific procurement risk management mechanism. To establish a scientific procure- ment risk management mechanism, we must follow some matters needing attention.
