低场磁共振成像检查在膝关节外伤中的价值分析 被引量:4

摘要 在骨与关节外伤性疾病中,膝关节外伤属常见多发性疾病,诊断时除症状和体征外,影像学检查是不可或缺的。近年来随着低场磁共振设备在基层医院的普及使用,膝关节外伤后x线、CT检查以及磁共振成像(MRI)扫描已作为常规辅助检查手段。因MRI具有较高的软组织分辨率、多方位、多参数、多序列成像的特点,尤其是脂肪抑制序列,能敏感地反映骨髓异常信号变化,有效地显示骨关节的解剖结构和病理变化,发现x线、CT不能明确的韧带损伤、半月板损伤、骨挫伤等,能为临床提供更全面的诊断信息,是膝关节外伤后较理想的无创检查方法之一。
