胶圈套扎术和传统缝扎术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期内痔的疗效比较

Comparison on Therapeutic Effects of Rubber Band Ligation and Routine Suture ＆ Ligation in the Treatment of [[ , IH Stage of Internal Hemorrhoids

为对比观察胶圈套扎术和传统缝扎术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期内痔的临床疗效，将60例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期内痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例，治疗组行胶圈套扎术，对照组行传统缝扎术。结果显示，治疗组30例患者均治愈，治愈率100％；对照组治愈29例，好转1例，治愈率为96．7％。两组治愈率比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05。但治疗组痔核脱落时间明显短于对照组，术后尿潴留和首次排便疼痛发生率明显低于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，胶圈套扎术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期内痔疗效肯定，而且患者术后并发症少，恢复快，值得临床推广应用。

As results, cured,curative rate was 100~ ;in control group,29 were cured, rive rate was 96.7~,there was no statistical difference（ P ~0.05）, but the healing defluvium, postoperative incidence of uroschesis and pain at the first defecation in significantly shorter,lower,and lower than that in control group（ P 〈0.05）. Results method for treating Ⅱ , Ⅲ stage of internal hemorrhoids is of certain effect,less post- n,faster recovery and is worthy to be popularized clinically.
