经肛吻合器直肠切除术治疗直肠前突的临床疗效

Stapled Transanal Rectal Resection in the Treatment of Rectocele：Clinical Effect

为探讨经肛吻合器直肠切除术（sTARR）治疗直肠前突的临床疗效，回顾2008年3月至2012年10月我科采用STARR治疗的40例直肠前突患者（治疗组）疗效，并与同期采用传统手术方法治疗的40例患者（对照组）疗效进行对比分析。结果显示，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，P〈0．05；术后复发率明显低于对照组，P〈0．05。治疗组在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后当天及第5天肛门疼痛程度和舒适度方面均优于对照组，P〈O．05。结果表明，STARR治疗直肠前突疗效肯定，而且手术时间短，术中出血少，术后疼痛轻，恢复快，是一种较理想的术式。

In order to explore the clinical effect of stapled transanal rectal resection （STARR） ,authors ret- rospectively analyzed the data of 80 patients with rectocele admitted in author＇s dept. from March 2008 to Oct. 2012 among whom treatment group （ n =40） had received STARR,whiIe control group （ n =40） had received routine procedure, and compared their curative effects. As results, the total effective rate, postoper- ative recurrence rate of treatment group was significantly higher,lower than that of control group, respec- tively（ P d0.05, at all）;in the time for surgery, intraoperative bleeding volume, hospital stay, pain degree on the day of operation and 5th day after operation,as well patients＂ comfortable degree treatment group was all superior to control group（ P〈0.05）. Results show that in the treatment of rectocele with STARR has determined curative effect, short time for operation,less intraoperative bleeding volume,mild postoper ative pain and faster recovery,thus it is a more ideal procedure.
