PPH联合黏膜缝扎消痔灵注射术治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂所致出口梗阻型便秘的临床疗效

PPH Combined with Mucosa Suture ＆ Ligation and Submucosa Xiaozhiling Injection in the Treatment of Out- let Obstructive Constipation Induced by Internal Rectal Mucosa Prolapse

为探讨PPH联合黏膜缝扎消痔灵注射术治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂所致出口梗阻型便秘的临床疗效，将32例直肠黏膜内脱垂所致出口梗阻型便秘患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，各16例，治疗组采用PPH联合黏膜缝扎消痔灵注射术治疗，对照组采用PPH治疗，对比观察两组患者治疗前后主要症状变化，并以此判定其治疗效果。结果显示，术后3、6个月两组症状积分差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；而术后12、18个月两组症状积分差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结果表明，PPH联合黏膜缝扎注射术治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂所致出口梗阻型便秘的远期疗效优于单纯PPH治疗。

This study was to investigate the curative effect of the combination surgery of PPH,mucosa su- ture ＆ ligation and submucosa Xiaozhiling injection for treating outlet obstructive constipation induced by internal rectal mucosa prolpase. The 32 patients with this constipation were randomly divided into treat- ment and control group, 16 cases per group; treatment group was subjected to this combination surgery, while control group to alone PPH; then,main symptom changes before and after surgery of both groups were observed and compared so as to judge the curative effect. As results,at 3,6 months after surgery the socre ratings of symptoms had no statistical difference between both groups（ P 〉0. 05）, but, at 12,18 months there was statistical difference（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that this combination surgery is superior to alone PPH in long-term effect.
