祛毒汤坐浴联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏外涂缓解痔疼痛、水肿、出血的效果观察

Qudu Tang Sitz Bath Combined with Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang Ointment External Application to Re- lieve patient＇s Pain, Edema and Bleeding from Hemorrhoids：Efficacy Observation

为观察祛毒汤坐浴联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏局部外涂缓解痔疼痛、水肿、出血症状的疗效，将170例于门诊就诊的痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各85例，治疗组采用祛毒汤坐浴，对照组采用1：5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴，每次15～20rain，分别于每天睡前及排便后坐浴；两组坐浴后均以马应龙麝香痔疮膏局部外涂。7d为一疗程。1个疗程后，对比观察两组患者疼痛、水肿、出血情况。结果显示，治疗组患者疼痛、水肿及出血情况均明显优于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，祛毒汤坐浴联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏局部外涂能明显减轻痔患者疼痛、水肿及出血。

The objective of this study was to observe the efficacy of Qudu tang for sitz bath combined with local external application with Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang ointment to relieve patient＇s pain, edema and bleeding from hemorrhoids. The 170 outpatient cases with hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,85 cases for each. Treatment group adopted Qudu tang for sitz bath, while control group,1 ： 5000 PP solution for sitz bath; 15-20min/time, the time for sitz bath was at ap proaching to sleep and after defecation;after sitz bath groups all adopted Mayinglong Shexiang ointment for local external application;one treatment course lasted 7 days. After one treatment course the status of pa- tient＇s pain, edema and bleeding were observed and compared. As results, above three items of treatment group were all superior to that of control group（ P d0.05）. It is indicated that Qudu tang plus Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang ointment can significantly reduce patient＇s pain,edema and bleeding from hemorrhoids.
