系统优质护王单在混合痔外剥内扎术患者围手术期的应用效果

Efficacy of Perioperative Systematic High-quality Nursing for the Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids Undergo- ing External Dissection ＆ Internal Ligation

为探讨系统优质护理在混合痔外剥内扎术患者围手术期的应用效果，选择2012年6月至2013年1月接受系统优质护理的50例混合痔外剥内扎术患者作为观察组，2012年6月以前接受常规护理的50例混合痔外剥内扎术患者作为对照组，对比观察两组患者的护理效果。结果显示，观察组患者手术前一天和手术后30min焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分明显低于对照组，P〈0．05；术中配合程度明显优于对照组，Pd0．05；术后肛门疼痛、水肿程度明显轻于对照组，Pd0．05；术后尿潴留、排便困难、肛门狭窄发生率明显低于对照组，P〈0．05；创面愈合时间明显短于对照组，Pd0．05；术后满意度明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，系统优质护理可减轻混合痔外剥内扎术患者的心理负担，减少或减轻术后并发症，促进创面愈合，提高患者满意度，有较高的临床应用价值。

In order to investigate the efficacy of perioperative systmatic high-quality nursing for mixed hemorrhoids patients undergoing external dissection ~ internal ligation this study selected the 50 patients of this hemorrhoids who received external dissection g~ internal ligation from June 2012 yr. to Jan. 2013 yr. and at that time perioperative systmatic high-quality nursing,as observation group,another 50 patients received conventional nursing as control group, then compared and observed the nursing efficacy of both groups. As results,in observation group the SAS score rating of patients on the day before operation and at 30 rain after operation,as well as their intraoperative coordinance degree,postoperative pain and edema de- gree of anus, postoperative incidences of uroschesis, defecation difficulty and anal stenosis, healing time of wound-surface, and postoperative satisfactory degree were significantly lower than, superior to, milder than,lower than,shorter than,and higher than control group respectively（ P d0.05,at all）. Results show that systematic high-quality nursing can relieve the psychological burden of patients, reduce or alleviate postoperative complication, promote healing of wound-surface and enhance patient＇s satisfactory degree, thus it has higher clinical application value.
