摘要 某330 MW机组W火焰锅炉在燃用极难燃无烟煤时燃烧不稳定,无法断油运行。通过对锅炉本体及燃烧系统进行采取增加卫燃带面积、燃烧器及燃烧系统综合改造措施后,锅炉可以稳定运行。 A 330MW capacity unit W-flame boiler combustion is not stable when firing anthracite coal extremely difficult to burn, and the boiler is unable to stop oil running. Through the boiler and combustion system improvement including increasing refractory belt area and the improvement of burners and combustion systems, the boiler can be operated stabIy.
