摘要
通过对金属表面防护用水性涂料的关键技术进行研究,采用引入含小分子环氧基团单体,制备的金属表面防护用水性丙烯酸分散体作为成膜物。通过对金属表面防护用颜料、助剂和助溶剂的选择性研究,确定了最佳工艺条件:水性丙烯酸分散体为54%、润湿剂为0.2%、消泡剂为0.3%、流平剂为0.5%。本产品VOC<10%,水性环保、防腐耐候、施工方便,无论是性能特征还是现场操作性,均可满足客户要求,对金属表面防护用涂料行业的水性化发展具有深远意义。
In this paper, the key technology of waterborn coating on the metal surface protection, introducing an epoxy group-containing small molecule monomers, the use of waterborn acrylic dispersion as a film-forming material, on the metal surface protective pigments, additives and co-solvent selected studies to determine the optimal conditions54.0% of tile amount of water-based acrylic dispersion.the amount of wetting agent 0.2%, defoamer 0.3% and leveling agent 0.5%.The VOC〈10%, environmentally friendly water- based, anti-corrosion weathering and easy construction. Regardless of performance characteristics and onsite operational, have far-reaching significance on the development of water-based coatings industry.
