摘要
选取株高在2.0 cm以上、有4张叶子以上、株型好、芽条健壮的红掌组培继代苗为试验材料,采用瓶外移栽生根法,研究红掌组培继代苗的瓶外移栽生根效果及移栽成活率,结果表明:用150 mg/L的ABT6粉剂溶液对红掌组培继代苗基部进行处理后,移栽至温室大棚,其生根率及成活率均在95%以上。运用瓶外生根技术减少了组培苗生产环节,有效的缩短培养周期,降低生产成本,为红掌的产业化生产提供了新的技术和途径,对红掌产业化生产具有现实的指导意义。
Selection of Anthurium andraeanum subculture plantlets with height in 2. 0cm above, four leaves at least, bud robust and good plant type as test materials, using outside container transplantation rooting technology, research on Anthurium andraeanum subculture plantlets outside container transplantation effect on rooting. The results showed that the base of Anthurium andraeanum subculture plantlets treated by ABT6 150mg/L and then transplanted to greenhouse, rooting rate and survival rate were all above 95%; this new technology not only reduced the production processes of rooting, shortened the culture cycle, but also economized the production costs. The result provided a new technology for the industrial production of Anthurium andraeanum, which will play an important role in industrial production.
