摘要
通过对各种曲线封边机结构的研究以及对曲线封边机加工工艺的分析,针对目前国内外异形曲面板的封边加工现状,设计了一种用于曲线板材边界封边的全自动封闭式数控机床,解决了以往封边机封边加工过程中工序分散、加工精度低和自动化程度低等问题,对实现曲线板材封边的数字化、规模化具有重要意义。
