In resent years the mortality, morbidity, and disability of nervous system diseases is high in the world. However, how to treat nervous systerm diseasea effectively, reduce the suffering of patients and improve the quality of their lives has become a hot topic in the field of neuroscience. It is proved that transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) may excite the brain to activate the activity of nerve cells and act directly on the brain cortex to elicite cortical functional area to increase its excitability by micro current ( anode and cathode ). It is confirmed that tDCS has a certain therapeutic effec.on various nervous system diseases, such as nervous headache, hemiplegia after stroke, aphasia, spasm, Parkinson's disease, depression, cognitive dysfunction and other diseases. The progress of management of nervous system disease with tDCS are reviewed.
