金融租赁是一种早就引入中国,但是一直未繁荣发展的业务。金融租赁顺势而为,能够解决我国地方中小企业发展的融资问题,同时还能给投资者提供不可多得的投融资机会,繁荣我国的金融市场。本文探讨中国的地方中小企业金融租赁发展之路,对我国的地方中小企业金融租赁发展的背景、制约因素进行分析,对我国地方中小企业租赁问题进行探讨以及提出相应的建议。

Financial leasing is a long introduction to China, but has not flourish business. Financial leasing is able to solve our financing problem of local small and medium, while giving investors a rare investment opportunity for the prosperity of China＇s financial markets. This paper researches the development path of financial leasing for SME, analysis the background and constraints of it .Lastly, we made recommendations accordingly.＂
