A Finite Element Analysis of the Gear Shaft in Reducer

应用弹性力学有限元法，对某二级减速器传动齿轮轴进行强度分析，得到齿轮轴上的应力、应变分布及变形，为齿轮轴的结构设计提供了分析依据。

Taking into account the complexity of structure, this paper analyzes the stress of the gear shaft by use of the finite element method. The distribution of stress, the ranges of stress concentration and the results for the actual deformation of this gear shaft are determined by FEA. The result in the paper are significant for improving the design of the gear shaft.
