摘要
在全球政府治道变革的过程中,公共政策执行模式逐渐从"单中心"向"多中心"模式转变,多元独立行为主体通过参与公共政策制定、执行与社会管理,巩固和加强政府与各种社会力量之间的合作与信任关系,促进合作型政府信任关系的建立。
In the process of global government governance reform, public policy execution mode gradually transform from＂sin- gle center＂ to ＂multi-center＂ model, multiple independent behavior main body can promote the establishment of the coopera- tive government trust relationship through participating in public policy formulation, implementation and social management, consolidating and strengthening the cooperation and the trust relationship between the government and various social forces.
