摘要
分析煤矿大型液压挖掘机装置的结构组成、工作原理以及挖掘特点,探讨液压挖掘机模型的建立和目标函数的选取,并通过控制无关变量,施加外界约束等实现模型的仿真模拟,改变数据参数,获得挖掘机优化设计方案。
This paper analyzes the coal mine large hydraulic excavator device structure, working principle and mining characteristics, to explore the hydraulic excavator model and the selection of the objective function. And by controlling the unvariable constraints applied outside of the simulation model and changing parameters, we can get the best design to optimize the excavator.
