摘要 以某矿井实际地质状况为背景,据此进行液压支架的选型,并提出液压支架设计应满足的技术规格及要求,然后应用Solid Edge软件进行建模,最后对建好的支架虚拟模型运用有限元分析软件Cosmos,按MT312标准对支架进行模拟压架试验。这些工作对类似的选型设计有一定的借鉴。 Taking a mine actual geological condition as background, selection of the hydraulic support based on it ,and put forward the hydraulic support design should meet the technical specifications and requirements ,application of Solid Edge software modeling,and finally to build good support virtual model by using the finite element analysis software Cosmos, according to the standard of support MT312 simulated pressure support test. The work of similar type design has a certain reference.
