摘要
机械手在人类的生活、生产中发挥着重要的作用。针对一台用于夹持焊缝检测仪四自由度的工业机械手,对其各部分结构进行设计,确定了合适的传动和驱动方式,在此基础上利用SolidWorks软件完成了机械手的整体装配,并通过运动仿真分析对设计方案进行了实例验证,为机械产品设计提供了有效的途径。
Manipulators have been widely used in industry and agriculture, and they have played a great role in those fields and our lives.An industrial robot with four freedom of motion, which is used to carry a detector, has been designed in this paper. First the structure of the robot, have been designed, then choose proper drive method and transmission method, building the mechanical structure of the robot. At the same time. I assemble the various the dimentional design parts through solidworks.
