摘要
通过对不同结构参数下曲轴齿轮过盈联接状态的数值模拟,考察了曲轴齿轮装配预应力的分布状态,重点分析了结构参数对曲轴齿轮装配过盈量的影响机理。研究结果表明齿轮内径和曲轴内径对过盈量的影响较为显著。研究结果可为后续柴油机曲轴、正时齿轮设计提供依据,同时也可以为机械行业过盈联接设计提供参考。
Based on the numerical simulation of Interterence contact state to crankshaft gear unoer different structural parameters, the distribution of the crankshaft gear assembly pre-stress was analyzed. Focus on the analysis of influence mechanism of the structural parameters to the amount of interference. The results show that the influence of gear inside diameter and crankshaft inner diameter is more significant than others. The results for the follow-up diesel engine crankshaft and timing gear designed to provide the basis also can Interference contact design provides a reference for the machinery industry.
