摘要 探讨了轮式装载机线控转向系统,并结合直驱液压设计了新型线控转向系统。该线控转向系统用液压马达代替转向缸,以伺服电动机作为原动机达到了节能增效的目的。在Simulink环境下建立了线控转向系统模型并进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:在负载一定变化范围内,方向盘的转速可直接控制转向缸的转速,从而达到安全驾驶的目的。 A steer-by-wire system for wheel loader is put forward and studied in this paper. This new system is based on the direct drive volume control system (DDVC) with a PMSM as the prime mover. The steer-by-wire system model was established with hydraulic motor instead of steering cylinder in Simulink environment. The simulation results shows that: when the steering load changes within certain spheres, the rotational speed of the steering wheel could be directly controlled by the rotational speed of the steering cylinder,which satisfies safety drive requirements.
