摘要
建立双伸缩立柱模型,在承受冲击载荷的情况下,由于中缸强度偏小,容易出现鼓胀现象。利用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析,在最大载荷下的中缸受力情况下,中缸镀锌层也会发生较大应变,直观地展现出缸体本身以及镀锌层的应力应变情况。结果表明,镀锌层在最大载荷下,已经超出屈服极限,发生"屈服"。此有限元计算可以作为今后类似结构设计的重要参考依据。
To establish the two telescopic column model, under impact load,because the cylinder strength is small ,bulging phenomenon is easy to appear, under internal pressure maximum center load. by using ANSYS finite element analysis software, in maximum load cylinder force of circumstances, the cylinder galvanized layer will happen bigger strain, intuitive show cylinder body itself and galvanized layer of the stress and strain condition. The results show that the galvanized layer in the maximum load, is beyond yield limit, produce "yield". The finite element calculation can be used as a future similar structure design of the important reference basis.
