摘要
井下履带式锚杆钻车风机除尘系统选用消声器进行降噪,使用中存在随服役时间增加降噪能力降低的问题。构建消声器详细三维结构并利用声学有限元对多种工况下消声器使用性能进行仿真分析,分析结果表明消声器阻性功能消失会大幅降低降噪能力,要保证降噪效果,需加强除尘系统煤尘过滤能力,减少消声器污染。
Ordinarily the muffler is used to reduce the noise about dust extraction blower system of tracked roof bolting machines undermine. The ability that the muffler reduce the noise fall down as the service time increasing. The 3D structure of muffler is established. The acoustical performance of muffler in multi conditions is simulated and analyzed using acoustical FEM method. The analysis results show that the noise reduction ability of muffler would be depressed markedly with its dissipation performance decreasing. For making sure the noise reduction effects, the filtrating ability of the dust extraction system must be enhanced and the muffler pollution must be avoided.
