摘要
基于卡特彼勒(徐州)有限公司的数控板料折弯机,对折弯工艺的设计、折弯机的选择、折弯头模具的选择、折弯工艺力的计算及折弯精度的影响做了较为详细的阐述,为进一步的数控板料折弯工艺研究提供参考。
Based on the machine of sheet metal bending with NC （numerical control）in the design of the bending process, the selection of the bending machine and bending mold and the influence to bending precision have been elaborated in detail.Providing a reference for the further research of sheet material bending process with NC.
