摘要
万向节叉是转向器中的典型的异型部件。针对原万向节组件装配工艺的落后,生产效益低,劳动强度高,产品质量不稳定的问题,研究了压装、铆接同步完成的汽车装铆复合方案。实验结果表明,该方案是可行的,在解决以上问题上取得了初步成效。
Yokes are the typical shaped parts in the steering. The original gimbal assembly process is of backward, low productivity, high labor intensity, and unstable of product quality, the composite schemes for the pressure mounted, riveting vehicle. The experimental results show that the scheme is feasible, and has achieved initial success in solving the above problems.
