摘要
介绍了利用PTC Creo Parametric 2.0进行数控编程与仿真加工的基本过程,分析了某型工程机械中臂杆零件的特点。以臂杆压铸模的上模为例,研究了利用PTC Creo Parametric 2.0"制造"模块中的"NC装配"组件进行压铸模数控编程与仿真加工的具体步骤,指出了"制造环境"的设置是整个数控仿真加工过程中的关键所在,并阐述了利用Creo进行仿真加工所具有的独特优势。
Introduced the basic processes of CNC programming and machining simulation by use of PTC Creo Parametric 2.0, analyzed the characteristics of an arm-bar part in construction machinery. Used the upper die-casting mold of arm-bar to study the concrete steps of CNC programming and machining simulation by use of PTC Creo Parametric 2.0's "NC Assembly" components in "Manufacturing" module, and pointed out that settings for "Manufacturing Environment" were the heart of whole CNC simulation machining process, and explained the unique advantages of the simulation machining by use of Creo.
