摘要
数控车削加工中,常见的零件加工类型有:轴类、盘类和套类,这些零件对称中心与机床主轴平行,便于编程加工,但如果曲面有一倾斜角度的话,采用正常的做法就难以实现加工,以倾斜椭圆曲面零件为例研究它们的手工编程加工方法,为加工此类零件提供参考。
In CNC turning, common parts processing type: shaft, disk type and a set of classes, these parts have symmetrical center that parraller to machine tool spindle, also easily programming, but if the surfaces have a tilt angle, then, using a normal practice it is difficult to achieve processing, this article is a case that study the tilt elliptical surface parts manual programming processing methods, to increase the reference for the machining of such parts.
