摘要 介绍了永磁同步电机的矢量控制算法。在此基础上提出了一套基于TMS320F2812DSP的矿井输送机永磁同步电机(PMSM)的矢量控制系统的设计方案。该系统的控制基础是磁场定向,运用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)算法实现控制,并且采用PI控制器代替传统矢量控制中的滞环比较器,给出了系统硬件结构与软件设计。通过实验仿真及分析比较出了基本矢量控制与SVPWM矢量控制的原理,实验结果表明该方案合理,结构紧凑,能够满足系统的各项技术要求。 This paper is to introduce the PMSM's vector control algorithm, and then bring about a design plan of the vector control system for the mine conveyor's PMSM based on the TMS320F2812 DSP. With the magnetic field orientation as its controlling through the Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) basis, this system is algorithm. Besides, it to perform control also substitutes the hysteresis comparator in traditional vector control with PI controller, and provides the system hardware structure as well as software design. A comparison is made between the principles of basic vector control and SVPWM vector control through experimental simulation and analysis. The result of this experiment indicates that this plan is practical, well organized and may fulfill all the technical requirements of the system.
