摘要 东庞矿2612工作面地质条件极其复杂,6.5 m采高、煤层夹矸、大倾角和俯、仰采。尤其仰采时片帮冒顶严重,顶板难以控制,采煤极其困难。通过对采煤机、刮板输送机、顺槽带式输送机等配套设备进行一系列的适应性研究改造,综采设备逐渐适应了复杂的地质条件,实现了高产高效。 2612 coal face has extremely complex geological conditions in Dongpang coal mine, such as 6.5 meters height,coal with waste rock,large dip angle and upward mining,downward mining, especially in upward mining, the wall and roof controlling and coal mining is extremely difficult. By a series of studies on the adaptation of transforming, such as scarer,scraper conveyor and belt conveyort, fully-mechanized mining equipment gradually adapted to the complex geological conditions, realizing high production and high efficiency.
